| Online backups are very secure! Transfer over the Internet only occurs after your data files are encrypted using 128-bit level encryption (military grade). Only you know the password. The encrypted files are then transferred over the Internet using a 128-bit level encrypted, secure socket, connection. Overall, using our service is far more secure than most existing methods. Whether your current backups tapes always remain in your facility or are taken offsite, how well are they protected? Our clients' files are in a facility with an armed security force! |

Can I pick my own backup times? |

| Yes! Not only can you pick the times but, you can create as many different backup sets as you need using the Elite Data Backup client software. The different backup sets can contain the same or different files and be automatically executed when you desire (immediate, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). | |

If I need you to, can you setup my backup for me? |

| Yes! The vast majority of our clients have no problems setting up the Elite Data Backup client software. However, should your circumstances warrant special attention, we are able to offer setup and configuration services. Contact us with your special circumstances. | |

Can I install & use the Elite Data Backup client software to backup more than one computer under one service plan? |

| Yes you can. Just be sure the backup sets on each computer have unique names and of course pay special attention to be sure your plan has enough storage. | |

What happens during a backup or restore if I temporarily lose my Internet or network connection? |

| The Elite Data Backup client software will continually attempt to re-establish the connection. You do not need to actively change or alter the software settings. |
